I tried to get a refund after 3 days (did not even download anything or go through the setup videos. They refused. Then I sent an email to tell them to help me set up the account, nothing has happened. Taking money happens immediately but refunds or help.

This is my honest, firsthand experience after using this bot for several months. I’ve been using this bot since December 2025, and overall it has not met my expectations. Over the past 4 months, I went through 5 funded $100K accounts using very conservative risk management (0.25% risk per trade). I was only trading two pairs through the bot, but despite low risk, the accounts did not perform consistently and eventually failed. Based on my experience, the strategy did not hold up under real funded account conditions. During the first 2 months, support advised me to wait for updates and improvements. However, I did not see meaningful changes during my usage period, and performance remained the same.

Kinnobot is a great trading system, and the support team is extremely helpful—especially during setup. The onboarding process is very straightforward as long as you follow each step as recommended. I’ve been running the bot on a demo account for over a month to properly test it, particularly since I purchased it toward the end of the year when market conditions were less stable. I had a troubleshooting call with Princess this morning to confirm that my preset inputs were correctly configured for my prop firm account and that my Copygram was set up properly. She made everything very easy to understand and walked me through it all in under 30 minutes. I’m excited to see the growth over the coming weeks and months. I can already see the power and potential Kinnobot has, and I truly believe it can be life-changing. After trading manually for over eight years, this is the automation I’ve been searching for—something that removes emotion and delivers consistent, disciplined trade execution.

I am going to be honest and say that my first experience with the Kinnobot has not be satisfactory. One thing that I am noticing is the lack of transparency that is provided. A lot of issues that I have come across have been due to the information just not being provided upfront. My suggestion when doing the presentations and onboarding videos, is to be more detailed and explain the different options available when either using a prop firm account or just simply live trading. That should have been explained a little better. Also, explain ahead of time that you only offer moderate and aggressive risks at this time. This will help to determine how we should adjust the settings so that it matches with our prop firm accounts' requirements. Other than that, thank you for the bot. Now that I understand everything, I should be good going forward.

Solid bot, worth it! Been using Kinnobot and honestly, I’m impressed. It was easy to set up, and it runs smoothly without me having to babysit it. I’ve tried other bots in the past that felt clunky or just didn’t deliver, but this one actually performs.
