★I purchased KinnoBot - Pro because I believed it would be a worthwhile investment based on what was presented during the sales call. I was told that if I completed the training videos and reached out to support, I could request a refund if the product wasn’t a good fit. I followed those instructions, completed the training, and contacted support. My refund request was still denied, which was extremely disappointing because that was not the expectation I had when I made my purchase. Financially, this has been a difficult experience for me. As a recent college graduate working full-time and supporting myself, this purchase was a significant investment. I no longer use the product or participate in the community, and I regret making the purchase. My rating is based primarily on my experience with the refund process and the difference between what I believed was promised before purchasing and what I experienced afterward. I encourage anyone considering this product to carefully review the refund policy and make sure they fully understand the terms before buying.

★Dear KinnoBot Support Team, I am writing to formally request a full refund for my KinnoBot purchase. I made this investment with the intention of learning the software, completing the setup process, and eventually trading with real funds. However, despite my good-faith efforts to work through the onboarding process, I have been unable to receive a stable, functioning product or the support necessary to begin using KinnoBot as intended. Since purchasing KinnoBot, my experience has included the following: • The bot has repeatedly experienced technical issues, setup problems, and errors that prevented it from operating properly. • I was informed that new software releases and updates were needed before the bot could function correctly. • As a result, I have only been able to paper trade and have never been able to confidently transition to live trading with real money. In addition to the technical issues, I made every effort to work with your support team: • I scheduled my first support appointment, received the Zoom confirmation, joined the meeting on time, and no support representative attended. • After being told there had been a scheduling issue, I rescheduled another appointment, joined the confirmed Zoom meeting, and once again no one attended. • I scheduled a third support appointment after continuing to experience technical issues. I joined the meeting as scheduled, waited for the host to begin the meeting, and again no representative attended. I later received a message explaining there had been another scheduling issue due to the release of a new KinnoBot update. I have attached screenshots documenting these missed appointments, the Zoom meetings where I waited for support that never arrived, and the follow-up messages acknowledging the scheduling issues. While I appreciate the apologies and the efforts to release updated versions of the software, I no longer have confidence in the product or the support process. I have reached the point where I do not wish to continue with additional updates, troubleshooting sessions, or software revisions. For that reason, I am respectfully requesting a full refund of my purchase price. I also received a Software License & Service Agreement after my purchase. Because my refund request is based on my experience with the product and support provided since purchasing KinnoBot, I will not be signing this newly presented agreement while my refund request is under review. I entered this program with every intention of making it work. I attended my scheduled appointments, followed the onboarding process, and remained patient while waiting for technical fixes. Unfortunately, after repeated technical issues and multiple unsuccessful attempts to receive scheduled support, I do not believe continuing with the software is the right solution for me. I respectfully request written confirmation that my refund request has been received, along with the next steps and expected timeline for processing. Thank you for your time and consideration. ★This is my honest, firsthand experience after using this bot for several months. I’ve been using this bot since December 2025, and overall it has not met my expectations. Over the past 4 months, I went through 5 funded $100K accounts using very conservative risk management (0.25% risk per trade). I was only trading two pairs through the bot, but despite low risk, the accounts did not perform consistently and eventually failed. Based on my experience, the strategy did not hold up under real funded account conditions. During the first 2 months, support advised me to wait for updates and improvements. However, I did not see meaningful changes during my usage period, and performance remained the same.
