I didn’t expect this course to make such a big difference, but it honestly changed how I approach real estate. Before joining, I was stuck trying to piece things together from YouTube. Here, everything is laid out in a clear system from analyzing deals to reaching out to sellers to understanding contracts. The marketing templates helped me launch my outreach way faster, and the MAO calculator made deal analysis make sense for the first time. The community is what surprised me most though. It’s supportive, active, and filled with people actually doing deals. I feel way more confident now than when I started.

WOW!! is such an understatement. This course was a very detailed step by step process from start to finish. Wholesaling was something I've been trying to get into since 2019. I've watched several videos, attended seminars, webinars and invested into courses that I still felt confused on how to get started for my first deal. That's because no one has officially connected all dots to cross that bridge. Not only were we shown a budget freeway, but we were also taught how to invest with systems designed and built for everything we will need to utilize. I feel so confident after taking this course. I loved these courses and the fact I can always come back to them. Teaches you how to find leads, contacts needed. How to calculate your mao so that you know what offer to make, etc. It was very thorough and educational. I was most confused on when and how to find a title company and that was provided in their courses as well. Very straight forward. There was also confirmation that deal machine is a great and popular tool for wholesaling and unlike other courses, they provided step by step process on how to navigate deal machine

Single handedly the best way to learn about it because there is nowhere else that will teach you this stuff for free this has taught me way more in one sitting that I’ve learned in weeks on YouTube and TikTok he explains it is such a down to earth manner and it’s easy to understand I would recommend it to anybody looking to get into wholesaling
