It's an invaluable tool becuase it saves so much time and allows you to filter on specific types of investments you are looking i.e Seller Finance, Subject To, Hybrid, Days listed, Low or High equity. The group is also very helpful. I would definitely invest your money in this group if you want to really transform your wholesaling journey to the next level

Its a great community, i love their features, one of the things that i love the most is that i dont have to get propstream to see if the property has mortgage or not and they have build in calculator and lead gen in the app. so you get everything all in one place. definitely worth it.
