I subscribed to Spy Essentials hoping to access ecommerce tools like Pipiads, Dropispy, ChatGPT, Peeksta, ShopHunter, and Foreplay. Unfortunately, I ran into major issues: most tools don’t load, and many either show errors or fail to connect altogether. Before subscribing, I discovered their public email (spyessentials2024@outlook.com ) that works with their free Chrome extension (Spy Essentials) to access a limited dashboard. I tested it first, and only one or two tools seemed to work. I assumed the paid version at $29.99 would offer better performance or more functionality. However, after subscribing, I received a login using my Whop email – which led me to the exact same dashboard. No noticeable difference in features or access. This was disappointing, as I expected a more complete and reliable experience. Support has also been frustrating. I submitted a ticket and reached out on Discord, but didn’t receive any clear response. If you're considering this service, I’d recommend testing the free extension first to see if it meets your needs before subscribing. In my case, the paid experience didn’t improve on the free version.

Tools don't work, save your money and look for alternatives. Trust all of these bad reviews, they aren't lying.

Support is useless, most tools never work, anytime you have an issue they always say "we're working on it" but nothing ever works.

Got subscriptions for both adspy unlimited and the other tools. Total of $50 out of my bank account. After I decided to cancel I was not aware of the Whop method and just emailed their team to cancel. They said it's now forwarded and that's it. After a month I get charged again for both services. Back and forth, spamming their discord with tickets and their support, there's 0 respone and 0 support. Worst service I've ever had. Don't even bother using this scam company.

Biggest lie ever, paid full price ( 29,99 ) and tried to acces the tools, but I could not login. Then I wrote the support ( ticket-58272 ) and they said that i never paid like wtf???. They took my cash end did not even gave me acces to the tools.

Almost 80% of tools never work, they keep saying they are working on it but nothing's popup. Winning hunter, eleven labs, foreplay, Adsparo, AdsAnswer, Minea nothing works. They keep delaying it unless your subscription ends.

these guys are scammers, they straight up take your money and never give you any service, and when you talk to them they keep saying they are working on it

90% of espionage tools are completely inaccessible: you are constantly disconnected or, worse, cannot access them at all. Support takes hours to respond, offering only generic, scripted answers. Maintaining a smooth workflow is impossible, as you end up spending more time trying to contact customer service than actually doing the work. I strongly advise against it, never again.

I had to wait a long time for an initial response, and after that, additional delays occurred due to code verifications sent to their email. - Missing Essential Tools: I couldn’t find some essential tools like Minea, AdSpy, Magic8.ai, Helium 10 Diamond, and ChatGPT Plus. These tools were important to me, and I was expecting them to be included. Overall, the slow support and missing tools made this a poor experience.

I’ve been using Spy Essentials for a while now, and it’s a fantastic tool, especially considering the price. I mainly use Pipiads, the only downside I've encountered is that there are times when the app doesn’t function for a few hours.

Customer support takes forever. They promote having minea but then say they ran out of credits they upsell you to spy agent pro and even when you get spy agent pro they say "we ran out of stock" "hope you understand" exactly what they said so i requested a refund because they specifically promote unlimited ad credits which influenced my decision on purchasing not only the $29.99 month essentials but the $19.99 agent pro overall bad business and bad customer support do not recommend !

Works very well - sometimes, one or the other tool is already out of credits, but besides, that, it genuinely works really well, and support is very responsive in case one has any issues/questions or concerns. Truly an amazing price at 29.99$ a month.
