Outlooks gen works awesome. Nearly no downtime and creating outlooks without any PVA is crazy. Great Tool!

Cant complain Outlook works great!

Owners cancelled my subscription because I left a bad review! Once I did that, they banned me from the server and refused a refund. I paid over $250 in June 2024 for a year subscription to Solar Tools! Whop customer service tried to get a refund and the owners refused! Horrible customer service on SolarTools. There is much better programs out there that work better, I recommend one of them!

Terrible service. I opened a support ticket to discuss SMS providers on 11/26/24. Tagged the owner multiple times and still no response. If there isn't going to be support, there shouldn't be any support ticket options.

I understand that challenges can arise in any service, but unfortunately, my experience with their ticket support was deeply disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to resolve my issue, I was met with delays and unhelpful responses, leaving me feeling unheard and frustrated. While I cannot speak for the quality of their other services, this lack of support has greatly overshadowed any positive aspects. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work towards improving their customer service experience for others in the future.

there were a lot of modules, but the ones i needed didn't really work too well, and staff always just recommended using other ones. tool felt like it was loaded with features, but nothing worked exceptionally well.

i paid a high initial fee + montly. was never able to generate emails besides outlook. i could make outlooks just fine with other programs i really regret this purchase. i tried to get my money back but was told since i entered the key into the program it was impossible to get a refund, but i wasnt given tech support. nor any sort of help. they need a huge warning that says " we will not help you generate anything" just give you the software and lacking guides and you have to just figure it out yourself. if they were honest about things no one would buy this program. so i can understand. please dont bother save your money do not buy this. RUNNN
