My experience with the PokeNotify Discord has been frustrating due to what I perceive as inconsistent moderation and double standards. Certain behaviors seem to be tolerated from some members while others are held to a different standard for similar actions. Another issue is that concerns raised by community members don’t always appear to be acknowledged or addressed in a meaningful way. Instead of openly discussing criticism, it often feels like issues are dismissed or overlooked, which can leave members feeling unheard. The server has useful features and a dedicated user base, but the lack of transparency and consistency in handling community concerns has made it difficult for me to have confidence in the moderation team. I would like to see more accountability, clearer rules, and a willingness to address feedback directly.

Not happy at all all I did was looked at the site and before I knew it I was a member of two groups which I didn’t even sign up for and when I messaged them they told me just go in and cancel it. How can I cancel something when I didn’t even sign up for it and I got charged from two different groups for something I didn’t even want.

This is a great server for sourcing Pokemon products. Without PokeNotify, I wouldn’t have been able to scale to over six figures in sales in just half a year and generate substantial revenue from Pokemon. Good group for resellers and collectors.

Very good service. However, suddenly, without explanation, I was locked out of specific retail notification channels and no longer has access to channels I really enjoyed notifications from. This was with a paid membership. No clear support structure, though a great support suggestions channel. Make it easier for new members to submit support tickets when there are access issues. Difficult to navigate or know when monitor alerts truly apply to me. A swath of information that could benefit from guided setup step-by-step, then to add more channels. Less is more to start, then open the floodgates slowly to allow the member to explore when they are comfortable with the platform.

This has helped alot for getting Pokemon. Mostly for in store purchases for Best Buy and game stop the rest is it always as reliable for my area. Online purchases are a hit or miss. However, this discord gives you a chance. Other wise ur odds are 0%. Thank Pokenotify !

Canceled another Pokemon Pinging Service and switched over to PokeNotify. Best decision ever, PokeNotify uses Moonitor and I don't have to be terminally online watching a discord like other services and still not hit. Thank you PokeNotify

Only way to get restocks

Overall its a good channel that track Pokemon drops. I am only successful less than 25% of the time but its still a fun experience. It can get overwhelming, which is why I'm taking a break.
