I joined LT's community after watching him surpass my portfolio's return mid summer when we were both at the same level and he pretty much left me & many others in the dust since then ... :) He is focused on value/momentum (as per him), and has a very disciplined approach to allocate more towards winners and cut losers quickly, which i feel is a very underrated trait, most of us in finance envisage holding on to a good investment for a long time even through its trough, LT however takes gains and seeks to re-enter again once momentum picks up, this helps him in securing the performance instead of it see-sawing even with a good portfolio. He is sector agnostic and also focused more on mid/small caps, so if thats an area you're looking to seek an edge in, I would thoroughly recommend his service.
