Honestly, this was the best mentorship I’ve ever got. Alex actually keeps it real with us showing the wins and losses versus just selling a dream that everything will be easy. He also teaches us to do things the right way and act on good morals. I found him through his social media accounts at first and wondered what he was like, and he’s truly a person that wants to see the people around him and in general succeed. In the end success all comes down to applying what we learned here and being disciplined in all aspects of life. The value of Alex’s mentorship is definitely worth it!

I dont even know where to begin. If you have always wanted to get into real estate but just never knew how or were scared or maybe even didn't have the money to invest in real estate I would suggest getting into wholesaling. But I feel like people think that it's an easy concept but it really goes a lot more in depth than that. My brother Alex was able to explain it all in such an easy way and not only explain to me but actually walk me through step by step and be their to guide me. People may look at the mentorship and say its expensive but think about it this way would you rather spend x amount on a concert something you will experience for a few hours or spend that money on the mentorship which the outcome will result in you learning a high income skill and the ROI on what you spent will 10x maybe even that same month. The week after I finished my 2 month mentorship I locked my first deal up so I got to prove the concept. I was skeptical of many mentors but I am glad I went with Alex he assured me of everything and now I can proudly say he is FAMILY. So if you are looking for someone to guide you Alex is definitely that guy for you. Best REI Discord out there hands down, for the price this discord offers so much valuable information. Unlike most discords you join and you on your own to learn, with Alex you are in a team and everyone works together to eat as a team which i love. Not only do you have access to tools, scripts, and contracts Alex personally uses, you also get any questions about real-estate/wholesaling answered directly from Alex, you even have a "review calls" and a "deal underwriting" section where team members can submit calls to get a detailed response from Alex on what to improve or if they need help with numbers on a deal which most new wholesalers struggle with the most, that alone makes it worth the money. We also have team meetings every week on fridays on zoom to get any questions or training directly from Alex and the team to further improve yourself in wholesaling and real-estate. For the price Alex is offering this service for and the value being provided, I havent seen anything like it out there.

I joined the discord and it is not what I expected. I have $1,000s in mentorship and it does not compare to the value Alex gives. Alex is responsive and honest. I don't know any other mentor who records his calls, lets you see the wins / loses, and most importantly actually cares about his students.
