wasted my time and money lol. they said that if you dont make x amount of money in your first month get your money back. Yeah they didnt honor that. I cancelled my sub after that and was charged a week later anyway. I asked for a refund and they denied it lol. finally cancelled it entirely. just use pokesignals if you want good info for a cheaper price.

Waste of money! I paid for the membership with a promo and did everything i could to try and get it to work on my discord but despite getting the membership, it just wont show up on my discord. Countless attempts to try and connect discord to my whop and even trying to ask for help using the support from discord but the ticket would just not create as it keeps failing, poor management, no support!

The deals advertised are extremely difficult to access — many items are placed on top shelves, and when store staff check the pricing, they often refuse to honor it. In several cases, the store also claimed there was no inventory available. Additionally, I requested a refund within one day, but it has not been processed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service.

To get a refund you have to follow a very specific set of rules not posted in their promotional posts. Money back guarantee is conditional and you only know this after paying. I was very interested in making it work, but based on my experience, the main focus at this point in time is Pokémon cards and not all the other promotional sale items they post all over social media. Very unfortunate. Purchase with this in mind.
