★I have paid for my founders membership but cannot access the founder member resource tool, as my Felix & Friends membership is set to a "Starter (Free)" level and after 45 miintes with a BOT giving me silly explanations that made no sense, it still has not been changed...now they have they supposedly escalated to a live agent, who is nowhere to be found. Felix, honestly this is bush league...basic blocking and tackling gone wrong and leaving the paying customer to sort it out...I am goint to cancel if this cannot be resolved promptly
