the worst agency I saw I make over 20 clips some on review for 10 day's some rejected they asked for demographics I send they didn't check I don't recommend anyone to do clipping here the support are worst of worst so it's 50/50

They are not giving good customer support. I have got 10K views on two videos and I have fulfilled all the country criteria but After submitting everything they are not even replying. Total waste of time.

I invested a significant amount of time creating content following every rule in the brief. My account was banned without any clear explanation or evidence provided against me. When I contacted support to appeal the decision I was simply told the ban would stay with no further clarification. As a creator putting real time and effort into a campaign the least you deserve is transparency and a proper explanation when something goes wrong. The lack of communication and due process in handling creator disputes is concerning and unprofessional. If only I could rate this a -0 because that is exactly what this experience deserves. I would strongly advise other clippers to proceed with caution before investing their time into this campaign. I hope the team takes creator feedback seriously and improves their review and appeals process in the future.

Very poor support and moderation. This new system has made things even worse. With their “newly implemented system,” you can end up waiting for days just for your “content rewards” submission to be rejected before you can even move forward with the approval process. And NO! Even after your submission gets rejected, you still have to wait for their moderators/support team to check your ticket, which wastes even more time before you can even receive your share. The biggest problem is that by the time your ticket finally gets checked, the campaign budget may already be finished. That means you can spend your time creating and submitting content, only to potentially miss out on the payment because the process takes so long. It takes days to get anything approved, and support can be extremely slow to respond or may not check your ticket even after you’ve waited patiently. This system creates unnecessary delays for creators who have already done their part. I genuinely wish I could rate Clip Farm 0 stars, because based on my experience, even 1 star feels too generous. If you’re considering joining, be aware of the approval process, the support delays, and the possibility of missing a campaign’s budget while waiting for your submission or ticket to be handled.
