Very disappointing experience. As a creator, this platform feels extremely unfair and honestly unsafe to work with. We completed campaigns, delivered the content, spent time and effort doing the work properly, and then were basically told that if the campaign owner pauses or stops the campaign before approval, the creator may simply not get paid. That is completely unacceptable. This kind of system leaves creators exposed and unprotected after they have already delivered the work. In simple words, it allows brands or campaign owners to benefit from creator work while the creator carries all the risk. That is not professional, not ethical, and definitely not creator-friendly. A platform like this should protect creators first, not leave them in a position where completed work can suddenly become unpaid. Very poor policy, very disappointing support, and definitely not a system I would trust again.
