I purchased a month, didn't realize recurring payment was set up. Was charged for a second month which I didn't intend to authorize. Quickly got a rejection when I asked for a refund. 5 minutes after the 2nd payment posted. Classy move Vinnie !

Just paid for the monthly and never received the access code, tried messaging and got no response. Requested a refund and the option went away.

At the time of purchase, player props were consistently included within the daily VIP card as part of the core premium content. They were not structured or sold as a separate tier or add-on. On 3/2/26, player props were removed from the standard VIP offering and placed behind a separate paid add-on subscription. This change materially reduces the scope of content included in my prepaid annual membership and alters the value of the service after payment has already been made. I am requesting one of the following resolutions: Continued access to player props through the remainder of my prepaid annual term, or A prorated partial refund reflecting the reduction in included services for the remaining 200+ days. I am not requesting promotional pricing or discount codes. I am requesting that the original scope of the prepaid service be honored. Please review and advise on resolution.

Vinny’s picks are good, sometimes a little juiced, but good. I’m up a good amount since joining. The only thing I dislike is that I don’t have access to his discord. Whop notification system is garbage and some days I don’t get notified of his posts.
