★Ho acquistato l’abbonamento giovedì 20 agosto alle ore 17:30. Dopo aver studiato con attenzione la suite di indicatori, mi sono reso conto che purtroppo non era compatibile con uno strumento che utilizzo già da tempo per automatizzare il trading. Alle 19:30 dello stesso giorno, quindi appena due ore dopo l’acquisto, ho scritto per chiedere il rimborso. Non avevo ancora effettuato neppure una singola operazione di trading e, nel messaggio, ho spiegato con sincerità la situazione, chiedendo anche scusa per il mio ripensamento. La richiesta, tuttavia, è stata rifiutata praticamente senza alcuna valutazione della circostanza. Non posso esprimere un giudizio sulla qualità o sulle performance degli indicatori, perché non ho avuto modo di utilizzarli concretamente. Posso però valutare l’esperienza e, sotto questo aspetto, sono rimasto sinceramente deluso dalla gestione della mia richiesta. Nessuna polemica: annullerò semplicemente l’abbonamento e accetterò la decisione.
