For several years now, I have maintained my health and body well. My metabolism and health systems worked with great accuracy. Things were steady, but I wanted to try something different and gain more muscle mass and weight. That’s where Charlie comes in. He listened well to my goals, my vegan lifestyle, and with strong confidence and certainty, he helped me plan for them. I was able to feed my body and muscles more than before. My body adjusted and allowed the muscle and weight gain for the first time in many years. I had been the same weight and mass for many years, and Charlie helped me gain 20 lbs of pure muscle mass, even on a vegan diet. Charlie has provided excellent tuition with easy to navigate fitness and nutritional plans. Once that month is completed, send in you details and a new set of goals are provided. This continues until you reach your goal. The support team are on the ball if you come unstuck with a question. If you want to pause you can stop no quible and rejoin. That simple. The members of the group are also supportive. And nothing is too much for Charlie. Five stars all the way for Charlie and his team.

I’ve been with the program almost a year! The plans are easy to follow. It makes it easy for us with busy lifestyle to plan out meals & workout easily. I used to do CrossFit and it made me look too bulky. With Charlie’s program I’m able to work out at my own phase and achieve my fitness goals.

I joined the MeisterBody program 2 years ago, and it was the best decision ever. I have lost almost 30% body fat. Put on muscle, and gaining strength. Down 70lbs from my heaviest, reversed my fatty liver, blood sugar levels have been stable and just got off one of my diabetic medications. Got rid of my high cholesterol and haven’t needed to use my Cpap machine for sleep apnea. Love having my workout and meal plan made up for me, so I don’t have to stress and think about it. If anything needs to be changed, or something is not working Charlie and his team is so easy to reach. The issues get resolved quickly. Having the community there to cheer you on when you have new PRs or help you when you are struggling is so amazing. I can’t say enough great things.
