★★I scheduled a call when I first signed up for this program. Shortly after, I received a WhatsApp message stating they were overbooked, and we rescheduled for a specific time. That second appointment came and went without any communication—no call, no follow-up, no explanation. When I reached out, the response I received was essentially that they were “on calls.” While I understand schedules can get busy, commitments and communication should still be honored. Time is not a one-sided asset. I joined this program with the intention of taking it seriously and investing in myself. The lack of professionalism and follow-through makes it difficult to see that same level of commitment on their end. At a minimum, reliability and respect for scheduled time should be standard.
