Price is a little high for what you get, but he had really good free content that hooked me. If he ever does a real program, I’ll consider it but needs to be pitched well. Got me on this one.

This platform and the community it unlocks is unbelievable, everyday there is multiple livestreams from Monday to Saturday all day long. Richard and other outstanding people start up a livestream, each day going over multiple deals they have and they perform live cold calls while answering questions as well as helping potential deals that students have within a quick time frame. Honestly, this is not a get rich quick niche, it takes discipline and patience. But the reward that you can achieve is surreal with all the help you get from Richard and his team.

Richard is a sensei but also a person who is deeply dedicated. He has made this space an art with how he crafts his teachings and the way he does business. The education alone is a chance to always have the ability to make money from anywhere on Earth. As a very hands on teacher, he has made the best community with tons of cool teachers behind him as well.

I really like how simple they keep it. They truly have classes all day some going into the wee hours of the night! You can get your questions answered. They provide software and tools to help you. I'm close to getting a deal done because of it. The best bang for your buck, that's for sure! Get in, take the courses and show up for class for q&a.
